Nikitta is a multi-talented individual who doesn't believe in settling for the second best when passion is speaking. Having persistent intuitive vision for herself and people around her, she was engaged in various roles with the same goal in improving the well-being of others using an array of approaches. Currently she is an Executive & Personal Leadership coach to different coaching organizations, MNCs and university, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who has accumulated hours of coaching experience under the International Coaching Federation (ICF), an organization which has created one of the most updated, comprehensive coach competencies framework and strictest code of ethics in the coaching industry. She has also obtained the EIA credential of Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). Nikitta is also the founder of Centric Quest, a coaching & consulting company. Centric Quest acts as a multidimensional bridge, in light of different cultures, sectors and disciplines, bridging the gap in professionals' communication, career and inter-relational challenges. Outside of coaching, she is passionate about language training and learning.Prior to returning to Hong Kong having been away for 20+ years, with the aim to reconnect to her roots, engage in new areas of studies and to start her own business, she was working in Finenco Architects (Shanghai) as a Marketing Brand & BD Manager and Mercer (Shanghai) as a Human Capital Consultant. Previous to Shanghai, Nikitta had co-founded Rocky Mountain English Consultancy (Taipei), a success which was later sold. Formerly, Nikitta has also worked in the Bristol Youth Offending Team (UK) building partnerships & actively took part in the development of a 5-year Criminal Justice Prevent & Deter strategy plan for youths of age 8-17.Originally from Hong Kong, Nikitta moved to the UK at a young age only to return to Greater China in 2007 with first hand knowledge of both Western and Eastern cultures and custom. Flexible but reliable, Nikitta seeks to work with organizations and individuals who share similar values to hers and together they would bring the most customized and creative solutions to their clients.
