About Nikki Barry

Skilled and motivated project manager with over 15 years of program and project management experience in the financial services industry. Expertise in Stakeholder Management, Business Transformation & Change Management, Implementation of Return to Office/Hybrid working, Acquisitions and Disposals, Business Integration, Communications & Negotiation and Training. Strong project management professional with a Diploma in Strategic Project Management from the International Project Management Association (IPMA) and a Professional Diploma in Change Management from UCD Professional Academy. I'm also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII). I am fortunate to volunteer with Special Olympics Ireland. In addition to being a general volunteer coach and Treasurer of our club Abbotstown Stars, I was appointed Venue Manager for the National Indoor Arena for the Special Olympics Ireland National Games in 2018 with responsibility for the planning and smooth running of 5 sporting events with over 500 athletes and 300 volunteers. I'm delighted also to have had the opportunity to volunteer at the Special Olympics World Games in Abu Dhabi (2019) and Berlin (2023).
