About Nikki Bartolo

I am naturally a bubbly type of person who loves interacting with people. I have a strong passion in helping others and empowering them, whether it’s at work -with clients or colleagues or neighbours, family or friends. I’m known in my street for mowing neighbours nature strips and even their gardens if I know they are busy or struggle with getting out into the garden. I often get sidetracked saying hi to those passing by. I love the warmer weather, being in the sunshine it’s when I come alive, I tend to hibernate in winter. I love my current community nursing role, i can definitely see myself in this role and with such a supportive company that Empower Healthcare is in the long term. They really value their staff and try work together for the overall purpose. I’ve enjoyed learning the aspects of oncology, learning skills in managing CVAD’s, handling administrating and disposing of chemotherapy and immunotherapy. I’ve loved the relationships between oncology nurses and oncology patients and their family’s and friends. It’s a unique environment to be in
