As Director of Talent Strategy at Nexus, I lead our strategy arm, driving 80–90% of the business’s total revenue while spearheading large-scale culture transformations across the talent lifecycle. I've partnered across industries with organizations such as: Albertsons Companies Inc, Novo Nordisk, McCain, Home Hardware, and Sun Life to align culture with business strategy and create meaningful employee experiences. Previously at Walmart Canada, I held six roles in under six years, spanning the full talent lifecycle. Key highlights include: • Developing and implementing Walmart Canada’s first enterprise-wide culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy, securing executive alignment through Walmart’s Inclusion Council • Leading the development and activation of Walmart Canada’s EVP, earning recognition as a GTA Top Employer and #1 Diversity Employer • Leading end-to-end performance management process for approx. 7,500 employees during Walmart Canada’s first year of differentiated pay • Representing Canada in Global Officer succession planning Outside of work, I’m an ICF-certified coach, passionate about helping individuals redefine and reach their full potential.
