About Nikki Frank

As a customer service manager, I have a passion for leading great teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a background in theatre and visual arts education, I bring creativity, adaptability, and communication skills to my work. I started my career in the restaurant industry, where I learned the importance of hospitality, customer satisfaction, and teamwork. In 2020, I transitioned to the tech sector, joining 86 Repairs as a customer success manager. There, I contributed to the growth and retention of the customer base, supported the onboarding and training of new team members, and analyzed data to improve performance and processes. I was promoted to manager of customer service in 2022, where I oversaw a remote team of 15 customer service representatives, managed projects, and collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders. I left 86 Repairs in Jan 2024 to pursue new opportunities and challenges in the customer service field. My core competencies include customer service leadership, data analysis, performance coaching, change management, project management, multitasking, cross-collaboration, and relationship building. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to apply my knowledge and experience to different contexts and industries.
