About Nikki Hawk

With a strong foundation across HR, I’ve grown my career into strategic HR leadership—currently serving as the Manager of Talent Management and HR Business Partners (HRBPs). In this role, I oversee talent management programs and empower HRBPs to partner with leaders in aligning people strategies to business priorities. My background includes experience in HR M&A integrations, global HR project management, and leading work within the HR space. I’m known for being dependable, solutions-focused, futuristic, and able to lead through change and ambiguity. I thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to solve problems, drive progress, and create positive employee experiences. I bring a thoughtful and people-first approach to everything I do. Outside of work, I recently completed three years of board service with the Young Women’s Alliance (YWA), a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women in the Austin community. I served as VP of Events, Chief of Staff, and most recently Senior Vice President, helping shape the organization’s strategy and programming. Let’s connect!
