As a project manager at Silver Fox, I oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple brand marketing and corporate communication projects for various clients. I have successfully led and coordinated a team of designers to create and implement innovative and effective graphic design via presentations to increase brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sales. I have a BA in Communication and Media Studies from Western Washington University, where I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. I also have 6+ years of customer service and management experience in retail and nonprofit sectors, where I honed my ability to interact with diverse audiences, handle complex situations, and provide excellent service. My vocational goal is to establish a brand marketing management role within the retail industry, where I can apply my skills, knowledge, and passion to create positive social and environmental impacts.
