As the Talent Acquisition Manager in the Office of Human Resources at Tulane University, I oversee the daily operations and monitoring of the staff/faculty recruitment and onboarding process. I have more than 10 years of experience in human resources, employee engagement, new hire onboarding, and business operations, and I hold the Diversity Recruiting and Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) credentials. I am passionate about building and executing talent sourcing strategies that identify, engage, and recruit top talent for various departments across the university. I also consult and coordinate with hiring managers to understand their business requirements and functions, and to provide them with high-quality customer service and guidance. I am committed to maintaining the highest level of work ethics and productivity, while appreciating the extensive diverse work environment.
