Experienced Process Improvement and Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunications industry. Skilled in Business Process, IT Service Management, IT Strategy, Project Portfolio Management, and Pre-sales. I have over 12 years of experience delivering projects, and business improvement initiatives. During this time I was a sought-after resource who was valued by both customers and colleagues. All of my working career I have been customer facing in one way or another and over the years my experiences and interactions with both customers and internal teams have taught me that apart from having good people in the organisation, a lot of the customer experience is driven from how well the internal processes enable people to deliver an exceptional customer experience. I thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to work on broken projects or processes, finding the root cause of the problem, planning out a solution and managing this through to achieve a successful outcome.During my time at Kordia, I have always been involved in process improvement and over the past 5 years I have been heavily involved in business optimisation now leading the business optimisation division, focusing on internal process and customer experience. This includes technical changes as well as process review and improvement. I have spent many years communicating across various levels of stakeholders, putting myself into their shoes to find out what causes inefficiencies or challenges that need to be addressed.
