Hi! I’m Nikki. I’m a TA leader with a love of scaling companies and developing high performing TA teams. I have over 17 years experience recruiting for niche talent, both agency side and internal. I also have 10 years leadership experience of recruitment and talent acquisition teams. For the last 4 years I have specialised in leading TA teams in scaling tech companies, including SaaS, Crypto, Games, Hospitality and E-Commerce.I am passionate about building world class talent teams. I particularly love using data to influence the recruitment journey. Currently, I’m building CAVU’s TA team and TA strategy. My role has included developing a new EVP, re vamping processes and best practice, hiring Globally, including in those without legal entities, and setting the end to end TA strategy to transform CAVU from MAGO & MAG USA. I currently manage a team of 3 Talent Acquisition Partners/Specialists. I currently lead our ID & E Affinity Group. I’m passionate about neurodiversity and gender parity. One of my biggest achievements is increasing female leadership hires by 30% in FY25 vs FY24.
