Background
About Nikki Manso
Devoted to the advancement of diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in the arts & culture sector, I am a second-year Master’s student in Arts Administration at Indiana University's O'Neill School of Public & Environmental Affairs. With a Bachelor’s degree in Voice Performance from Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music, I am committed to making performing/visual arts spaces accessible to all, as well as performing in those spaces myself. As a Cuban-American and first-generation college student born and raised in Miami, I aspire to give back to my community by leveraging the knowledge I've gained through my studies and internships to become a passionate and resilient leader for the advancement of diverse and inclusive performing/visual arts spaces. When I am not practicing, performing, or immersed in arts administration, I enjoy spending time at local coffee shops, practicing jiu-jitsu, doing yoga, and playing poker!
