About Nikki Robinson

I am a committed, enthusiastic, pragmatic, result orientated and highly motivated professional with a wide experience of programme and project management working within the conservation and environmental sectors with strength in Invasive Non Native Species (INNS) and wildlife/human conflict management. During the last 20 years I have developed a proven track record of delivering multiple, simultaneous projects and programmes. The complexity and size of the projects I have delivered has demonstrated my ability to show great stakeholder management to ensure planning is carried out to a high standard and to organise a project team to ensure projects are delivered to time, cost and quality. I have led project teams ranging from two to 30 people including managing many triangular relationships involving outside third-party resources on projects with budgets varying from to The organisations I have delivered projects for would agree that I have shown the ability to not only work under pressure but to thrive under pressure to deliver their requirements within the constraints set down for the projects. I have also demonstrated the ability to adjust to all situations and types of projects that have been requested. I have also co-authored published academic journal papers and edited two publications on IAS colonisation prevention and red squirrel conservation.
