I am someone who is analytical, but also super-creative, who can present to Executives in the morning and lead a co-creation session that afternoon, someone who understands both the theory and practice of Experience Management/CX Strategy/CX Design/Research and can demonstrate expertise in getting things done directly and through collaborative influence.
