About Nikki Stephens

Hi, I'm Nikki! Throughout my career I have held roles responsible for facility-wide OSHA and EPA compliance, Lean Process improvement, utilized data to inform stakeholders at all levels, lead high-risk projects, and designed and instructed training programs for exempt and non-exempt personnel. I carry a passion for embracing change, telling stories with data, and enjoy working on the front line with launch teams for emerging processes, software, or technology under tight deadlines. I have held both high-visibility IC roles, and leadership positions but in both, I believe in the value of mentorship. So while I thrive on the opportunity to share industry and leadership knowledge I've collected throughout my years, being coachable is my best soft skill. My mantra, provided by a very wise mentor that I carry with me is:"In leadership, we are the legacy we leave behind. People will remember you not for what you accomplished, but for how you treated them."
