I am currently a business analyst in an ICT setting. My prior experience as an intelligence analyst has allowed me to excel in this environment by providing me with the unique perspective of having been the user of many of the systems I now manage projects for. I have experience of working in dynamic environments and have a strong background in the management of complex and ever changing threats. My experience includes research and analysis in both strategic and tactical environments. I have conducted both qualitative and quantative data analysis using an array of analytical techniques, and have produced strategic intelligence products to inform policy makers. I am able to make recommendations for the management of risk, and am skilled in the art of making compelling yet diplomatic arguments to drive forward strategic change. I enjoy partnership working and am experienced in presenting analytical findings to both internal and external stakeholders. I'm a confident IT user and am proficient in the use of i2 analysts notebook, ArcGIS and MapInfo, PostgreSQL and Microsoft Office including advanced Excel. I'm well experienced in data manipilation and representing my analytical findings in different formats, from detailed written reports to succinct briefing notes. I also enjoy representing my findings through engaging infographics using Tableau and Powerpoint.
