About Nikki Willier

As a proud Cree woman from Sucker Creek First Nation and Métis from the Red River, I bring a deep commitment to Indigenous representation, empowerment, and cultural integrity in every space I enter. My passion lies in creating pathways for Indigenous voices to be heard, respected, and celebrated especially within professional and institutional environments. With specialized training in Indigenous Recruitment and Retention from Indigenous Corporate Training Inc, OCAP® (Ownership, Control, Access, and Possession), Cultivating Safe Spaces, and the Sk’elep Cultural Safety Training Series, I am equipped to support organizations in building inclusive, respectful, and culturally safe environments for Indigenous peoples. I believe in the power of education, advocacy, and authentic engagement to drive meaningful change. Whether through recruitment, policy development, or community collaboration, I strive to uplift Indigenous perspectives and foster environments where Indigenous people can thrive.
