I’m a passionate digital leader and evangelist with deep experience in customer-centric B2B and B2C development in a constantly evolving digital space. Most recently, I served as Chief Product Officer and Chief Development Officer at Oneflow. Previously, I held senior leadership roles at ICA Sweden. In both organisations, my focus has been on change management, product and business strategy, delivery excellence, ways of working, product-driven processes, and stakeholder management. With over 15 years of digital leadership experience, I’ve developed a strong ability to drive innovation, scale teams, and deliver impactful digital solutions. I actively foster a friendly, inclusive culture where success is measured by outcomes and impact—not time reports or formalities. My leadership style is grounded in empowering specialists by creating the right conditions for them to succeed. That means setting clear direction, removing blockers, aligning operations with stakeholder needs, and maintaining a service mindset towards colleagues and the broader organisation. A core part of my approach is using accessible and actionable data—both qualitative and quantitative—to make informed decisions.
