Currently working as a Supervisor, Membership Sales Representatives at Pethealth Inc. To introduce my move to Canada I was working as a Store Helper at Nikaanaganaa Counselling & Learning Centre a small local Indigenous owned business that provides counselling and learning services to the community. I was also helping out at their connected Gift shop called All My Relations. I was helping them with building a website, taking inventory, creating collections, barcoding/labeling products, and analyzing trends. I used Shopify and Quickbooks to manage the online and offline aspects of the business, as well as to handle payroll and tax-related tasks. Before joining Nikaanaganaa, I was an Operations Manager at Teleperformance Nordic, a global leader in customer experience management. I have over 15 years of experience in customer service with a majority in leadership & management. I was responsible for the work environment, client satisfaction, and profitability of a program that involved supervising and developing a team of customer service agents. I have strong skills in project management, teamwork, and communication, and I enjoy creating positive and productive relationships with my colleagues, clients, and customers.
