Leading a large organization as the President of Swedish Association for Quality and in my different roles at Volvo Cars I’ve driven and successfully lead huge programs for transformation. This together with my vast experience of working with Global Leaders helped me develop a unique competence and deep understanding of the driving forces of performance, including culture, and transforming them into tangible modes of working that drive effectiveness and efficiency, and thus improving companies’ bottom line and future proofing their operating model. As the interim CEO and Chairman of the Board at Qvalify, the leading company in Sweden for certifiying and reviewing towards Management System standards and independent audits, I have the practical experience of creating success through leading with an agile business model.
