About Niklas Jogsten

I joined Deloitte 2010 and has since then worked within the Deloitte Finance Transformation consulting practice. Currently, I am responsible for Deloitte Sweden's Finance strategy offering, I lead the Deloitte Finance Strategy and GBS team and is part of the leadership team for the Finance Transformation offering portfolio. As part of this, I am responsible for Finance Strategy, Finance Operating model, Finance AI, ERP enabled Finance Transformation and M&A Finance for the Swedish market. I have experience from the energy and resources, manufacturing, consumer & retail, industrial, technology and plattforms, healthcare, telecom, construction, private equity, media and transportation industries. During the last 9 years I have coordinated our point of view regarding "future of finance". I am also hosting the podcast "Toppskiktet" where we interview CFOs from leading organisations in Sweden. Project experiences: Several strategy projects like visioning and strategy articulation, benchmarking, operating model design, business case development, cash flow forecasting, pricing assessment and organisation assessment Large Finance Transformation projects including operating model optimisation, ERP advisory and implementation and cost reduction Automation and AI advisory and implementation projects focusing on RPA, ML, nisch technologies, generative AI Several performance management projects like KPI-models, planning and follow up projects M&A and post merger integration focusing on the Finance function and synergy/cost management
