About Niklas Johnsson

I have spent the past 20 years pursuing my passion for project management, working on various change projects in organizations of different sizes, both nationally and internationally. I have developed a focus on IT projects/systems, assuming various roles, including client, supplier, leader, team member, and change management responsibilities using Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies. To supplement my experience, I completed the Prosci Change Management Certification Program and obtained certification in Agile working methods such as Scrum and SAFe. My diverse experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of project and change management, and I've enjoyed assignments that challenged me to step in and guide teams towards the right direction and achieve the best results. My roles have primarily been in project and change management, both as an interim manager and in various line management positions during my consulting and employment assignments. As CEO of an IT consulting company, I focused on building, establishing, changing, decommissioning, and developing various types of projects and companies. I'm experienced in both strategic and operational work and enjoy transforming strategies into operational result-oriented work. My involvement and leadership in various projects have provided me with extensive experience in working in flexible, international environments where decisions are made quickly, based on structured and quality-assured decision-making. My positive, energetic, structured, and straightforward communication style has helped me create results with other people and in teams.
