As a Site Manager at Syntronic, a global design house, I lead a team of engineers and designers who deliver innovative solutions for clients across various industries. I have over 8 years of experience in engineering, project management, and sales, with expertise in Visual Basic, Agile, and technology management. I started my career at Syntronic as a software engineer and gradually got more and more involved as a Sales Representative, where I successfully secured and maintained several large contracts with key customers. I then moved to a dual role of Team Manager and Project Manager, where I oversaw the execution and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. In my current role, I am responsible for the overall performance and growth of the site, including strategic planning, budgeting, hiring, and business development. I am passionate about creating value for our clients and stakeholders, as well as fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture within our team. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to share my knowledge and experience with others.
