About Niklas Sandgren

I had the opportunity to work with many different assignment during my career, both on a strategic, tactic and operational level. Since I truly believe in customer value, I often take on different roles with that focus. Sometimes it’s helping clients in need of digitalization, sometimes it´s within my own organization. I truly believe that if our clients is our greatest asset and if we deliver a fantastic service they will continue to use it and the needed revenue will come! My work often involve several tasks simultaneously and I’m used to tight deadlines – an invaluable experience, since it has provided me with a genuine understanding of the value of teamwork and goal orientation on all levels. I also believe that goal orientation is a company’s most important key success factor. The goals need to be clear on all levels and employees need to understand their part. When this is succeeded we get hard working and committed employees that goes to work believing in the company’s strive for success.
