Background

About Niklas Sillander

I was born and raised in Lohja and currently living in Jyväskylä where I'm studying Information and Communications Technology(B.Eng) at Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences.I’ve always been passionate about sciences and technology with a constant hunger for knowledge. My dream would be to live forever to be able to learn where technology would lead us! I’ve worked on a good variety of fields in working-life and learned a lot from every one of them. Since I was 15 I’ve delivered mail and worked at a gas-station, engineering office and craft brewery. I worked 4 years as a bartender/shift-manager and 3 years in electronics industry.I’m responsible and stress-tolerant which probably comes from being a brother to 7 siblings. I ask questions a lot from pure interest and always try to improve and learn on what I am doing. Most of my spare time goes with learning and tinkering with my pc, Windows server and raspberry pi. I also love to watch movies and enjoy a good cup of coffee or a self-made cocktail. With time that I have left I practice my archery skills or go cycling.
