Hi, I am a brand & business strategist with +10 years in multinational FMCGs. My experience stretches across multiple categories, from skin care, to personal care, to snacks and food. I have lived in 3 countries, with local, regional and global responsibilities. During my career, I have been fortunate enough to work in both sales and marketing, tackling everything from research, to strategy, to executing tactics. I’ve built brands from scratch, developed award winning communication and launched more product than I can keep in my head, from concept to full commercial roll-out. I am obsessively curious, around anything really. I want to understand how things tick. Not because it’s nice to know, but because I find that new perspectives unlock incredible things. I believe in the power of asking the right questions, not hesitating on the provoking or uncomfortable ones. Today, I lead the global strategy for NIVEA MEN, where I play an active role in deciding upon the initiatives that the brand will peruse today and in the future. My professional experience and deep-rooted curiosity inform my work as I aim to challenge the obvious. I also believe that we make business remarkably more difficult than it is. That complex jargon and ambiguous opinions hinder us from driving meaningful change. And that the ability to bring clarity and stories behind arguments has never been more important.
