With over 12 years of experience in pricing, international business and analytics. My mission is to design, develop, and implement pricing strategies that optimize profitability, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction across the global service portfolio. In my current role, I have the ownership of the global pricing software tool, which enables consistent and effective pricing across different regions and markets. I also guide and support the local front line organizations in price revision updates, and provide them with insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market intelligence. Additionally, I am involved in various pricing development projects, such as the spare part pricing infrastructure architecture and revenue tracking dashboards. I have demonstrated skills in pricing, business development, analytics, project management, and change management.
