I have a degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from York University and a certificate in Quality and Safety from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI). I also have experience in quality improvement and patient safety at Humber River Hospital, where I contributed to several projects to enhance the quality of care and reduce adverse events. I have strong research skills, English teaching skills, and sales skills, which I developed through my previous roles as a Style Advisor at Aritzia and a Research Assistant at York University. I am passionate about improving the lives and well-being of seniors and their families, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices in the senior living industry.
