About Nikolas Henry

I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, where I studied business administration, management, and operations. I recently completed an internship in Project Management at Allegiant Giving, a nonprofit organization that supports veterans and military families. I am passionate about using my creative problem solving, communication, and attention to detail skills to make a positive impact in the community. As a Project Management Student, I work with the Allegiant Giving team to plan, execute, and monitor various projects that enhance the organization's mission and vision. I also leverage my military experience as a Production Superintendent at the United States Air Force, where I supervised and coordinated the maintenance of electronic and avionic systems. I am eager to learn from the Allegiant Giving staff and mentors, and to contribute to their culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. I believe that my diverse perspectives and experiences can help the organization achieve its goals and make a difference in the lives of veterans and military families.
