Background

About Nikolas Kiili

I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and a vocational Customs degree. I'm a customs clearance specialist, and I've also worked in several positions in international business, in particular between Finland and Japan. I'm a positive and empathetic team-oriented employee who sets always gives a 100 %. I excel at problem solving and optimizing work methods. In groups I strive for consensus in decision-making, and to upkeep harmonous work relations. I maintain an optimism when facing difficult situations, but also keep my feet on the ground when thinking of solutions. I'm fluent in three languages and have traveled around the world. On top of my knowledge in customs clearance and business administration, I also have experience in all kinds of software and hardware as a digital age native. I have leadership experience from working several years as chairman in free time organisations. I value contacts in work life and free time, and aim to grow my network.
