With extensive experience in contract administration, management and negotiation, I specialize in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms with subcontractors, suppliers, designers, and service providers, including familiarity with major industry contracts such as FIDIC, NEC, and JCT. Having a proven track record in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project timelines, my expertise also extends to overseeing the financial aspects of large-scale construction projects, including preparing and reviewing payment certificates, managing cash flow and budgeting and coordinating third-party payments and guarantees. Additionally, I bring in-depth knowledge in handling imports, customs clearance processes and transportation logistics, gained through years of successful collaboration with the imports department, necessary to ensure smooth project supply chains. I have successfully coordinated complex projects, such as metro, infrastructure, and industrial developments, ensuring they are completed in compliance with legal, contractual and technical requirements, while at the same time resolving disputes and collaborating with legal departments to mitigate contractual risks.Throughout my career, I have effectively collaborated with a wide range of stakeholders, including project owners, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.
