About Nikolas Stavrou

One of the things I know best about myself is that I'm the kind of person who goes all in when it comes to learning something new. Whether is picking up a new hobby, adjusting my diet, or improving my fitness routine, I naturally gravitate towards research. I like understanding the "why" and the "how" behind what I do, not just doing things randomly, but building knowledge and structure around them. This mindset has carried over into every part of my life, especially my academic and professional journey in AI. I've recently completed my MSc in Artificial Intelligence at Utrecht University, officially graduated in the summer of 2025. As a result, I'm now actively taking on real-world AI challenges, eager to explore and deepen my knowledge of emerging fields such as Agentic AI, Large Language Models, Generative AI, and the latest advancements in artificial intelligence. Additionally, I'm actively involved in multiple startup initiatives. Currently I'm working on an Edge ML-Ops platform at Plaixus.
