About Nikolas Teuschl

I'm a Software Developer, Architect and Dev-Ops Engineer with a knack for realizing ambitious ideas. I studied at FH JOANNEUM, where I finished my Bachelors in IT & Management and my Masters in IT Security. I honed my Software and System Engineering skills at Voestalpine AG and at Black Tusk GmbH. I also co‑founded Alpha Origin GmbH in 2022, a tech startup headquartered in Leoben, Austria. There, I lead the architecture and development of Alpha‑Bets, an innovative arbitrage platform that scanned 20+ betting providers to pinpoint risk‑free, profit‑guaranteed sports odds (so-called Surebets). Due to the strong competition, inflation and missing financial support in Austria the project was unfortunately cancelled before it was ever fully completed. What drives me? A passion for clean and optimized code, data‑driven decision‑making, and working with a talented and ambitious team. Whether optimizing CI/CD workflows, enhancing system reliability, or delivering ultra‑responsive web platforms, I thrive on solving complex technical challenges with elegant solutions. Well, at least as elegant as any complex system can be.
