My journey in the IT Industry began as a Junior System Administrator, where I initially navigated the landscape with limited experience. Responsible for software and hardware maintenance, I eagerly embraced each challenge as an opportunity for growth and discovery. As I delved deeper into the field, my curiosity drove me towards web development, where I gradually transitioned into a newfound passion for crafting intuitive, scalable and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile apps. This turning point not only broadened my skill set but also ignited a deeper sense of purpose in my career trajectory. In my current role, I'm entrusted with leading a dedicated team of React Native developers. Beyond project oversight, I play a pivotal role in making informed decisions regarding staff augmentation, aligning our efforts with departmental OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), and nurturing individual career development goals. Moreover, I am actively involved in ensuring strict adherence to engineering standards, fostering a culture of excellence and quality across all our endeavors.
