I am currently working as a Contract Manager for Ariadne Interconnection, a company formed by the Indepedent Power Transmission Operator for the Greek Power Network, to implement a billion EUR project for the HVDC interconnection between Crete and Attica. In my previous position I have worked as a Contract Manager for a 40 million EUR EPC energy project in Greece, working closely with the Project Director and the members of the team analyzing contractual obligations, identifying contract issues, reviewing and drafting contractual correspondence, identifying, preparing and negotiating with the Client the Contractor’s claims for EOT and Variation Orders. My previous experience covers contract and claims management for infrastructure (highway, bridges, tunnels, railroad and metro projects) and building projects (offices, music halls, hotels), mainly FIDIC Contracts (Red, MDB, Yellow and Silver) with a Contract Value ranging from 5 million EUR to 300 million EUR. My main responsibilities included drafting and reviewing contractual correspondence, preparation and support of Contractor’s Claims (Delay/Acceleration/Disruption/Price Escalation Claims, Forensic Analysis, Time Impact Analysis, Cost and Damages assessment), representation of the Contractor positions in front of Dispute Boards and Arbitration Courts, preparing and reviewing contractual Work Programmes; monitoring and reporting physical progress of projects.
