With over 14 years of experience in the fields of Information Technology, Regulatory Compliance, and Information Security, I have successfully progressed through various roles. Starting as an IT Service Desk Agent, I developed skills in user support and troubleshooting. As a Systems Engineer, I specialized in directory, messaging, and archiving services, delivering high-quality solutions for complex and large-scale information systems. At the Compliance and Corporate Governance Division, I supported the Chief Compliance Officer in areas such as General Meetings, data protection, reporting, and technology-related matters. Subsequently, as the head of the InfoSec GRC department, I was responsible for overseeing the governance, risk, and compliance of information security across the organization. Currently, as a Senior Information Security Consultant, I specialize in developing and implementing robust strategies to safeguard organizational information assets, in alignment with the ISO 27001 standard. I have an M.Sc. Degree in Digital Systems Security and several certifications in Computer Science and Compliance, reflecting my passion for learning and applying new technologies and standards.
