About Nikos Grigoropoulos

I’ve spent my career working at the intersection of enterprise systems, business processes, and human adoption—the space where transformation either creates lasting value or collapses under its own weight. I learned early that no amount of technology fixes a broken process. Over 15 years and multiple industries later—across manufacturing, SaaS, and now energy—I’ve been part of business transformations and implementations under various roles in IT and supply chain, involving ERP, CRM, business tools and processes and now AI orchestrations. Different acronyms, same challenge: aligning people, process, and technology so organizations can scale without breaking. What I’ve seen is clear: most companies don’t fail at technology, they fail at governance and adoption. They try to bolt on new systems -often best in class- but without addressing the foundations: data quality, change management, cross-functional alignment, and building trust. That’s where I come in. My role is to bridge the business and technology divide. I focus on: Designing enterprise processes that flex with change instead of cracking under it Enabling AI and automation responsibly, with governance and adoption built in Making sure transformation outcomes last long after the consultants leave My work is about making this combination real and sustainable—ensuring technology is not just implemented, but embedded in a way that delivers measurable, human-centered value.
