Harvard Business Review describes me this way. Hi, I’m Nil, a Gen Z changemaker blending curiosity, creativity, and conscious communication. I currently freelance as a Growth Specialist with Prev, a purpose-driven plant-based leather brand, after completing my MSc in Sustainability and Social Innovation at HEC Paris (#1 worldwide, FT 2023). Born in Turkey, now based in Paris, I bring together startup energy, social impact thinking, and a deep love for systems change. I’ve worked across ESG reporting, startup consultancy, and volunteered with 12+ NGOs. Alongside this, I serve as a jury member for social startup competitions, supporting bold founders who challenge the status quo.
