Marketing is about story telling and the story has to be great enough for people to pay to listen to it. Nilakshi is an enthusiastic bundle of energy. She believes in making people buy lemon juice made from the lemons that life throws at her. She believes in making the best out of any situation because she knows that every story has a brighter side to it, which can be used to market the things that otherwise no one would have bought in their life. Everyone needs something and she knows that, it is a marketers job to make the customers realize that they need to have that something to make them confident enough to look smart and feel different from others. Nilakshi has always been a good student. Good at sports, art and studies. She is sincere and a great daughter. She has completed her schooling from Assam. Then she moved to Madurai, Tamil Nadu, where is got her engineering degree. The curiosity to see the real world and to experience, landed her in a job in Glaxo Smith Kline Pharmaceuticals pvt Ltd. It was a very brave step that she gladly took. She learned to be patient, persistent, outspoken and confident from her field work. One fine day, during her routine working hours, someone told her that she would make a great business woman. And that's how she realized her passion and she started her journey to turn that dream in to a reality by joining prestigious Icfai Business School, Hyderabad in 2015. Living in different places, I have had the opportunity to learn so much in different fields. I have been trained by a number of industry professionals, which means I’ve had many different experiences that have built me into the skilled professional I am today. I have learned to be patient, persistent, outspoken and confident from the experiences that I have come across during my work.
