I offer 15+ years of hands-on engineering experience and well as the ability to create a maintenance program that includes a list of the problems most likely to occur with each piece of equipment, along with the preventive measures that can help reduce these risks to extend the life of the machinery. My experience includes assuring critical plant utilities reliability by providing effective management of the maintenance program and resources in a manner consistent with Site and Plant objectives. I have championed, drove, and measured improvement initiatives that reduced equipment downtime, improved equipment availability, and improved overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), through the establishment of a predictive maintenance program. Some of my key career highlights are: Supervised, organized, and controlled the engineering and technical workflow as well as support, guide, and challenged priorities and improved efficiencies including continuous improvements and analysis. Maintained site compliance documentation, investigated and responded to compliance problems and complaints received from stakeholders. Managed spare parts inventory and budget for maintenance/projects department; Saved 38% company cost by strategically budgeting and implementing preventive and planned maintenance planning. Systematically defined, designed, developed, monitored, and refined an asset maintenance plan that included value-added preventative maintenance tasks and predictive technologies. Contributed to the analysis of actual equipment design and assists in the performance of failure mode and effect analysis; worked with stakeholders to develop approaches for maintaining new and existing equipment. Monitored operations to ensure that staff members comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, environmental policies, or government regulations.
