My path into L&D has been somewhat unorthodox. I graduated with an Arts/Law degree, gained admission to practise as a solicitor and then embarked on a bit of a journey of discovery. Along the way, I made some stops- Trade Banking, Family & Immigration Law & finally, IT & Executive Recruitment- all of which has shaped me in many ways. I’m happy to have arrived at what I believe to be my calling! As L&D Manager at Halcyon Knights, I’m thrilled to be part of a business that places a premium on training and equipping their employees with all they need to be successful.
