I had started my career as a service engineer after completion of my bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering. Then I had done masters in Master of Business & Administration to enhance my further career. Then, I had worked for more then 16 years in Industrial Sales & Marketing for three well reputed companies; 1st - Jeevan Diesel & Electricals Ltd.(from July, 2008 to December, 2008), a well reputed company in Diesel Generating Sets). During my very short tenure (6 months), I had achieved a remarkable target of generating 6.2 Cr (INR) revenue as a very fresh Sales Executive against given target of 1 Cr (INR) from Silvassa territory only. 2ndly - Maini Materials & Movements Pvt Ltd.(from January, 2009 to February 2015), One of the top Indian brand in Material Handling Equipment, Warehouse Storage Systems the first battery operated car (Reva). During my remarkable journey of 6+ years there, I had achieved revenue starting from just 30L (INR) when I joined to 8 Cr (INR) when I separated with highest margin/profitability and become the highest achiever of the year 2011, 13 & 14. I had not only achieved such incredible and remarkable achievements, but also added almost all the premium, semi-premium and SME customers from South Gujarat, Daman, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Thane District of Maharashtra and built such a valuable relationship with those customers and make them loyal, long term and highly engaged customers. I had work with top companies of our territory like L&T, Atul, Alok, Bhilosa, Suzlon, Enercon, Huber, Bayer, N R Agarval, Sakti Paper, Sun Pharma, Ipca, HUL, USV, IGCL, UPL, and you name it any. 3rdly - Hilti India Pvt Ltd.(from March, 2015 to continue), One of the top MNC and international brand in Construction Equipment & Materials like Drilling & Demolition, Anchor Fasteners, Fire Safety, Measuring, Alignment and Leveling etc. Here at Hilti I had always achieved my targets and at present we are on track at present as a team. Right now my assigned area is entire Gujarat and we are 9 members in our team, responsible for entire Gujarat Energy and Industry Projects. Our Major customers are Reliance, L&T, Bhilosa, Suzlon, Polycab, HUL etc 4rth - Maini Materials & Movements Pvt Ltd.(from February, 2025), One of the top Indian brand in Material Handling Equipment, Warehouse Storage Systems the first battery operated car (Reva). Within three months of joining I achieved my 100% Sales Target and working for more.
