Visualisation of earnings, streamlining payments process, optimising response times etc are few of the solutions which I have built over the period of time in this role.Assistant Manager- International Operations@Practo, Lead Product Analyst@Practo, Ex Project Manager @PointCross - My roles/projects have given me the opportunity to work with the best engineering & product development minds of the country. I have been actively involved in Operationalising & improving products both B2B & B2C, creating niche understanding of user behaviour amongst non-customer facing teams, setting up and managing strong and lean operational processes, monitoring & maintaining KPIs.Part of my role also gave me intense experience of understanding various markets of South east Asia (Singapore, Indonesia & Philippines) and Latin America (Brazil), understanding user needs & behaviour, identifying, implementing, operationalising & monetising niche requirements based on market study.Having rich experience in Operations management, Product analysis and implementation has made me build comprehensive user stories, study user behaviour metrics and find out incident prone areas within Products. Finding product solutions or process solutions has always been the most critical part of my daily work life.I am also a stage lover, performing stand up comedy for more than 1.5 years gives me the leverage to visualise any problem statement from multiple angles leading to diversity of thoughts and ideas.
