About Nilisha Morarji

I'm a motivated self-starter with an appetite for competitive environments. I have a strong background of 8+ years in FP & A, finance transformation internal audit, accounting, and client relationship management. I decided to lay the foundation for a successful career in financial services by completing my undergraduate degree in accounting at Rotman Commerce, University of Toronto and achieving my CPA designation. I strive to be the best at what I do, and lead my teams to follow a philosophy of ethical success. My other strengths in presentation skills, critical decision making and strategic planning are what make me a unique individual. They have fostered my ability to perform, lead, and provide a diverse mindset while consistently delivering quality results. What drives me to excel is the opportunity to connect with people and make a difference in the world. I consistently search for ways to impact my community whether it is through biking 75 kilometres with the Heart and Stroke Foundation, shaving my head for cancer research, planting trees, feeding the homeless or even going to work and helping my company and clients achieve their goals. Using my skill set to pursue what I love is my mantra to success.
