About Nilli Yu

An award winning certified public accountant (CPA), Nilli has over a decade combined in- depth experience in the Fund Administration, Audit and Advisory (Process Improvements) practice. Trained and qualified with EY Philippines in 2012, she has gained extensive exposure in servicing a wide range of clients across various industries – Real Estate, Telecommunications, Insurance, with key focus in financial services. Eventually, Nilli went to specialize in the offshore financial services industry and joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in Jersey, Channel Islands in 2016- where she was a core member of the Private Equity alongside the Trust and Fiduciary focus team. Nilli then joined BNP Paribas Fund Administration business, where she was responsible in managing a team to ensure timely delivery and execution of service excellence to support the growing business of a well-established Private Equity industry player spanning across multi-jurisdictions. Currently she heads up the Fund Accounting Team at the Vistra Jersey office. Nilli leads a team of 20+ qualified accountants across multiple jurisdiction to ensure timely delivery and execution of service excellence to support various Real Estate, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Expert Fund structures.
