I hold a degree in Chemical & Process Engineering from London Southbank University (LSBU) and have worked predominantly on wastewater treatment works design projects for over eight years. My responsibilities have included process design, equipment selection, process commissioning, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. I am passionate about contributing to sustainable solutions in wastewater treatment and positively influencing the solution to provide the optimum design at the lowest cost. In my current role as Project Manager at Thames Water, I oversee and lead projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. I manage cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, all while focusing on sustainable outcomes and efficiency. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed technical teams, ensuring projects meet deliverable milestones in a timely and cost-effective manner. I am excited to continue driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions in the water industry.
