Skilled in Quality Control, Process Improvement, and Total Quality Management (TQM), I focus on identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement across production processes.My journey began at Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd, where I grew from an Assembly Operator to a Line Leader, developing a strong foundation in precision assembly, process control, and leadership.At Kiswok, I’ve led multiple quality initiatives under the ACMA Engineering Excellence Cluster Program (EEC6) and currently lead the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) pillar as part of our TQM journey.
