About Niloy Mollah

If I were to summarize my story and describe myself in one word, I would call myself a fighter. Over the years, I have had my share of adversities whether that be in sports, in completing my undergrad (after 2 difficult gap years due to financial struggles), landing my first job or completing my masters while working overtime as a recruitment consultant. Every time I planned something out for my future, life threw a curve ball in my plan. Nothing in life was given to me in a silver platter. I had to adapt, regroup, think outside the box and do various other things to get to my plans, but most importantly, I had to fight for it. Throughout my journey, I have learned to appreciate the following values that I try to live by in my personal & professional life: hard work & dedication, resilience & perseverance, open & growth mindset, win-win mentality, vision & accountability and most importantly my integrity. As a Talent Partner, I help organizations achieve their goals by not only connecting them with top talent, but also manage and retain them as well. Being in the agency world for majority of my career so far, I have mastered the art of presenting and delivering talent for multiple vacant positions within a 24 hour deadline. I have learned the art of closing, negotiating in complex situations and to think outside-the-box to present win-win situations for all parties. Recruitment, for those of us who are in the industry, know how challenging and *dramatic* it can be! Despite the drama and all the madness that we talent partners face in our day to day, nothing gives me greater satisfaction than knowing that someone's livelihood changed for the better because of what we do.
