I have for more than 20 years been working with the top 50 companies in Scandinavia and in Holland. This has led to extensive experience in leadership (Running Denmark 10+ people and the Nordic Mainframe business 8+ people), I know and understand the strategy game, I can handle and execute sales, account- and project management, always with the focus and aim to secure my team and help them optimize our customers value chain to the benefit of every one involved. I have a congenital large positive drive, and a strong desire to always achieve my professional goals, these congenital unique skills are combined with unique soft based skills, like good empathic and natural born social capabilities I get inspired and challenged working with professional, passionate and intelligent people My great passion is selling and the strategy behind, always with the customer as the focal point. I get inspired by the innovation, the dynamics and the leadership demands, between people in the sale- and strategy- proces, and I see the leadership-/sales- and project- proces as an evolutionary, where structures and concepts are in constant motion, and therefore require focus and efficient leadership. Sales status I have had an outstanding sales record hitting & exceeding 100% of my "new business" sales targets for 19 years (out of 20) as an individual contributor, and as a sales manager or as a country manager. 6 times award winner of Compuware´s EMEA´s Special Achievement for being the number one sales person in EMEA. 1 time award winner of Compuware´s CEO award "Top sales performer Worldwide" 4 times winner of the 100% Sterling Software award (out of 4)
