Currently, I serve as a Manufacturing Trainer at a production facility, where I support the growth and development of team members while ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality on the floor. Previously, I served as a Backup Team Lead, a role that strengthened my leadership skills and deepened my understanding of team dynamics in a fast-paced environment.
