I am a Deputy Principal and PYP Coordinator at SABAH.school in Baku, Azerbaijan, where I lead strategic initiatives that drive curriculum development, teacher capacity-building, and the whole-school implementation of the IB Primary Years Programme. With 18 years of experience in education, I began my journey as a classroom teacher and have progressively taken on leadership roles focused on fostering meaningful, sustainable school growth. Throughout my career, I have successfully led school-wide professional development, facilitated collaborative planning, and guided teaching teams in the reflective and effective implementation of the IB framework. My leadership is rooted in student-centered pedagogy, creating learning environments where both students and educators thrive.
